Wildcrafted fragrances to lighten life! Expertly blended for the best scent – and a clean, slow burn. Handmade in Suffolk using rapeseed wax made from crops grown in the UK/EU countryside. Cotton wick.
Freshly picked rhubarb and juicy strawberries sit on a complex base of vanilla, raspberry, pear and apple. This scent has a base note of cedarwood, which really balances the fragrance. Eliminates odours fast – great kitchen candle. Compact and convenient, these candles are handy on the hop or at home. This candle has a burn time of almost 30 hours, which is amazing for a candle this size. Trimming the the wick between burns will extend the burn time of your candle.

Rapeseed wax is a natural, renewable plant wax, grown in the UK and EU. This wax is not associated with deforestation. And it’s not treated with pesticides, or genetically modified.
Handcrafted
I blend and pour all candles by hand in small batches.
Clean burning 
Each blend is tested for a clean, soot-free and safe burn.
About Wildlight
Wildlight was born out of my fascination with the power of scent – and candles. Smell is one of the most primal and mysterious of our senses, evoking feelings and memories. Combining this with the light and warmth of a candle flame can help us connect with an ever-present calm. This ignited my interest in making them several years ago. I wanted to use rapeseed wax as it’s a locally grown and more sustainable alternative to other waxes. I was soon hooked on perfection. I’ve learnt that creating a well made candle takes patience and persistence. But a few years, (and a few hundred candles) later, Wildlight Candles is here. I’m happy to share some of the best with you. 
Candle care
For an even burn, the first time you light your candle, burn it until the wax melts to the edge, (3-4 hours). Rapeseed wax is a slow burning wax, so you may find it takes a while to burn to the edge, and your candle lasts longer! Before you re-light your candle, trim the wick to 5mm.
Safety information
 Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from things that can catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Only burn candle on a level, heat resistant surface. Never burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Extinguish when 5mm of wax remains. WARNING. May cause an allergic skin reaction. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice. Contains Tetramethyl acetyloctahydronaphthalenes, Linalool, D Limonene, Hexyl Cinnamal, Ethyl Methylphenylglycidate.

    I know this is out of stock now, that’s because it’s so good. I have had about 4 of of this fragrance and it’s subtle but strong gentle fragrance blends into to the room and I believe quite calming.
